Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, ensuring customers understand the value of each model
- Negotiate deals effectively, balancing customer needs with dealership objectives
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software and manage inventory control efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone etiquette and personalized communication
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and achieving sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
- Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management systems to track leads and customer data accurately
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously and follow up effectively
- Experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or the automotive industry is highly desirable
