The company specializes in build to suit lease projects with the Federal Government, primarily the VA and Homeland Security.
We are seeking a person to work on site search and acquisition for potential projects.
The person will participate in the site search, site control, site due diligence and then also during the site submission process to the government and procurement phase.
This person will need to become familiar with the Site Selection process. This includes familiarization with various databases such a CoStar, Loop Net, Google Earth, GSA and VA Lease Inventories, FEMA Flood Plain models, Municipal Appraisers, Zoning, etc.
