Corum Human Services is hiring an Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a quiet, stable group home in Winchester, VA.
$250 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment
This overnight role is focused on supervision, safety, and routine care. Residents sleep overnight, making this a calm, low-activity shift compared to retail or fast food night work.
What the Overnight Shift Looks Like:
- Monitor residents overnight
- Ensure safety and comfort
- Light documentation
- Assist with morning routines as needed
