Employers invest in dental benefits, yet many employees still avoid the dentist — leaving employees underserved by a benefit their employer already provides.
THE SERVICE
MatchMyDentist changes how employees find a dentist. Instead of searching or calling around, employees privately share what matters to them — what they think they need, what they're afraid of, and what they can afford. A dentist reviews their story without knowing who they are and personally messages them if they're confident they can help. The employee then decides whether to connect.
The goal: help more employees use a benefit their employer is already providing.
It's free for employees and employers and requires no change to the employer's existing dental plan.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for an experienced employee-benefits professional who knows this industry and how to open doors.
You'll introduce MatchMyDentist to brokers and employers, build relationships and help drive adoption as we expand into new markets.
Ideal backgrounds include employee benefits, group insurance, benefits consulting, HR and employer-facing benefits. Dental or medical benefits experience is a plus, not a requirement.
We're looking for someone with real industry experience who can open conversations, recognize opportunities and build relationships — not simply work through a cold-call list.
