Purpose of Position: Responsible for the production of high quality food for our guests and assisting the kitchen staff where necessary. Must work well within a team and be a reliable team member.
Essential Functions (but not limited to):
1. Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the brand manual, and ownership employee handbook.
2. Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
3. Any other duties as assigned by your Executive Chef.
4. Clean up station and take care of leftover food
5. Complete all side work, cleaning tasks, and all other duties assigned by supervisor.
6. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
7. Conduct yourself in a professional manner according to company policy.
8. Contribute to professional and team-friendly environment.
9. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
10. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
11. Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 30lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
