CW Recycling is looking to hire an experienced Mini Excavator/Wheel Loader operator at our recycling facility located at Enterprise Business Park right off the I-70 and Keystone Ave exit on the near east side of Indianapolis. This role will be responsible for removing, spreading and distribution of commercial and demolition materials. Only those candidates with experience operating a mini excavator need to apply. A proficiency test will be given to evaluate operating skills.
Principal Responsibilities
- Operates a mini excavator/wheel loader in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.
- Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records
- Removes construction and demolition debris from dumpster boxes that come into the facility and helps distribute debris inside plant.
- Moves and positions construction and demolition debris with use of front-end loader.
- Follow appropriate standard operating procedures and guidelines for operating and maintaining equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year previous mini excavator/wheel loader work experience
- Excellent attendance record
- Reliable Transportation
- Willingness to work extra hours if needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
