Cannabis Production Associate
Location: Lapeer, MI
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cannabis Production Associate to join our team in Lapeer, MI. This role involves assisting in the production of high-quality cannabis pre-rolls while ensuring compliance with all company policies and state regulations. Shift:
- 1st Shift- Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM- $13.73/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of cannabis pre-rolls, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Perform general labor tasks such as weighing, grinding, and filling pre-rolls
- Package, pick, and label products for distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be 21+ and able to comply with all state cannabis regulations
- Clean Criminal record (No felonies or Misdemeanors)
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time hours (Monday-Friday)
