We are seeking Lead Teachers (Toddler & Preschool) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time opportunity (35–40 hours/week) for educators who are:

Lead a nurturing, engaging classroom environment

Design and implement play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum

Facilitate indoor and outdoor learning experiences

Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

Build strong, responsive relationships with families and colleagues

Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in team planning

Maintain a safe, organized classroom aligned with licensing standards
-
Engage in ongoing reflection and professional growth
-
EEC certification required (Massachusetts) or willing to obtain

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
-
Experience in early childhood classrooms preferred

Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Warm, dependable, and growth-oriented mindset

$26–$28/hour, based on experience and qualifications
