Grimaldi and Kinde, PLLC is a small law firm in Central Park (fka Stapleton), Denver, Colorado. Although located in north Denver, Grimaldi and Kinde practices in the entire front range. Requirements for the position include:
- Interest in all aspects of litigation
- Strong oral and trial advocacy skills
- Prior District Attorney (Intern or Attorney), Public Defender (Intern or Attorney), Mock Trial, Moot Court experience - not required but preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- A willingness to work as part of a team on all aspects of cases
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and communicating with clients
- Reviewing and analyzing discovery
- Writing and researching motions
- Representing clients in hearings, internal investigations, and court/jury trials
Qualifications:
- J.D. Degree
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- All applicants currently licensed in Colorado are encouraged to apply including candidates who recently graduated law school and more experienced candidates.
Workplace: Grimaldi and Kinde is located at 3401 Quebec Street, Suite 4000, Denver, CO, 80207. Associate will be expected to work from the office for the first few months of employment. After the initial period, a hybrid workplace is encouraged.
