Your Responsibilities as a Craftsmanship Professional
- Project Assessment: Diagnose issues, develop effective solutions, and accurately estimate material and labor needs.
- Precision Execution: Perform a wide variety of high-quality repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks with efficiency and exceptional attention to detail.
- Customer Consultation: Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and office staff to present project solutions and exceed expectations.
- Material Management: Manage and acquire project materials efficiently to keep jobs on schedule.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with management and team members to achieve business objectives and uphold our reputation for excellence.
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
- Proven Trade Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a professional craftsperson with advanced skills across multiple trades.
- Tools of the Trade: Must own a comprehensive inventory of professional-grade tools suited for a wide variety of high-end trades and repairs.
- Mobility & Safety: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record to operate a company-provided vehicle.
- Physical Capabilities: Able to lift 50 pounds independently, work safely at heights on ladders, and handle overhead work for extended periods.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the company-provided vehicle is clean and organized.
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and excellent time management to meet deadlines independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected Annual Earnings: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00+ per year
- Compensation Structure: Commission-based pay driven by your billing performance—offering exceptional, uncapped earning potential for high producers.
