What You’ll Do:
This position requires a BCaBA or a Bachelor's Degree AND either a) two years of experience or b) one year of experience with 12 completed units of ABA coursework.
Examples of duties include:
- Supports the RBT staff by modeling and providing feedback during therapy sessions.
- Supports the client by reviewing and updating goal procedures as needed during therapy sessions.
- Set-up your own schedule weekly to visit clients and support staff as needed
- Willingness to substitute for RBTs as needed, i.e Staff vacations, etc.
Assist the BCBA on
I. Writing reports and behavior intervention plans
Ii. Checking in with parents and supporting their training with client needs
Qualifications:
Ability to pass background check
CPR/BLS Certification
A reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license
Activities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
TB test is required
Two years experience in ABA or one year experience with 12 units of ABA course work at the graduate level
Bachelor's degree
