As a Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) at Avir at Paris, you will serve as a clinical leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition
- Handling advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribing treatments
- Collaborating with the facility's care team to oversee short- and long-term residents

Requirements:
- Active Texas Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) and DEA License
- Previous nursing or clinical experience
