Pay: $39.00 – $42.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Support equipment installations, startups, changeovers, and production adjustments.
- Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders using CMMS/EAM software.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, VFDs, bearings, and safety systems.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards while maintaining equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to maximize equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
- Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment, including basic diagnostics and ladder logic (Siemens and Allen-Bradley preferred).
- Knowledge of motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, VFDs, bearings, and industrial safety systems.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM software for managing maintenance work orders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification or Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
