Burrito Shak in Wilson is looking for 1-2 reliable, career oriented Shift Leads to join our team. We are located at 1215 Forest Hills Road NW. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated and reliable. This is a customer facing position where we expect the majority of your time to be spent serving and interacting with our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the staff to construct menu items per guest orders while providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Learn our system and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Manage employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Ensure line is stocked and all recipes and products follow company standards.
Qualifications:
- Must love what you do.
- Experience in quick serve restaurant operations.
