Role Summary
Our family of brands is seeking a self motivated and organized individual to process all store merchandise in an efficient and effective manner. The merchandise processor contributes to sales and an elevated customer experience by ensuring all products are received properly for the store visual merchandising team to display. This role is a Monday-Friday schedule with 35-40 hours depending on work load.
Role Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise shipments.
- Hang, ticket, and steam all merchandise
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Prepare merchandise for display or storage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient processing of products.
- Assist in inventory counts and auditing processes.
- Ensure the work area remains clean and organized.
Role Qualifications
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to use barcode scanners and other merchandise processing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with lifting heavy items and physical labor.
- Effective communication skills for teamwork.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail mathematics.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for data entry. (MAC friendly is a plus!)
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move products (lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Problem-solving skills for handling merchandise discrepancies.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.

Pay Range
$16-$20 based on experience
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
