Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor
Commission Structure:
- Storm Claims: 10% of the initial insurance claim amount
- Retail Projects: 10% of the total project value
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with homeowners and introduce CE Construction's services
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build trust through exceptional customer service and communication
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing client relationships
