At 24/7 SERVICE PROS, restoration technicians are our most valued team members. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician who can also perform inspections, guide projects in the field, and execute mold remediation and water damage restoration at a high professional level.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE RESTORATION INDUSTRY.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform job-site inspections, moisture readings, and damage assessments
- Respond to residential and commercial Water & Mold damage calls
- Execute structural drying, water extraction, demolition, and mold remediation
- Document each step using CRM
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Be available for rotating emergency on-call shifts, including nights and weekends
Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience in Mold remediation
- Xactimate knowledge is a strong plus (not mandatory)
- IICRC certification required
- Proficient in Restoration CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate restoration equipment
- Comfortable with demo and clean-up work
- Strong communication skills in English
- Dependable, on-time, and professional under pressure
