**IMPORTANT: This is a year round position. We are not hiring "summer only" applicants. Candidates must be 16+ and able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm-8:00pm and Sundays 10:30am-4:00pm.

**Your Role**
- Lead small group or private swim lessons using our structured curriculum
- Create a safe, encouraging, and engaging atmosphere for every swimmer
- Connect with students and families to support progress and build trust
- Motivate swimmers while celebrating their milestones and achievements
- Be a reliable, positive presence on deck and in the water

Pay: $14.25 - $17.50 per hour
