Journey Psychiatry & Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our team on a part-time contract basis to provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) mapping and treatment oversight.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist looking for supplemental income, a flexible schedule, or involvement with innovative mental health treatments without the demands of a traditional full-time practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial TMS motor threshold mapping and treatment planning for eligible patients.
- Provide physician oversight for our TMS program in collaboration with our psychiatric providers.
- Review patient progress and make treatment recommendations as clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
Schedule
- Approximately 4–8 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling.
- On-site in Trinity, Florida.
- Independent Contractor (1099).
Qualifications
- MD or DO.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active Florida Medical License.
- DEA registration (preferred).
- Interest or experience in TMS is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
