We are looking for an energetic, consultative Outdoor Leisure Sales Associate to join our team. If you love connecting with people, sharing a passion for the outdoor lifestyle, and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Consultative Selling: Greet showroom visitors, understand their backyard dreams, and guide them to the perfect hot tub for their lifestyle and budget.
- Product Expertise: Become a backyard wellness expert! Learn the ins and outs of our products, water chemistry basics, and innovative spa technology (we will train you!).
- Lead Management: Follow up with showroom leads, phone inquiries, and web forms to keep the sales pipeline moving.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and premium showroom environment (ensuring displays look pristine).
- Customer Care: Provide exceptional support from the initial handshake through delivery and post-purchase questions.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Proven Sales Experience: You know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and ask for the sale. Experience in big-ticket retail, home improvement, luxury goods, or outdoor leisure is a huge plus.
- People Person: You possess excellent verbal communication skills and a naturally positive, helpful attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic POS systems, CRM software, and email to track leads and log sales.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends (this is prime retail time in a beach town!).
- Driven & Self-Motivated: You thrive in an environment where your hustle directly impacts your earning potential.
