A Day in the Life
As an OB/GYN Patient Experience Representative, your impact happens behind the scenes—but it’s felt in every patient interaction.

Start your day knowing you’ll help patients navigate their care—no night shifts required

Serve as a primary phone-based resource in our call room, assisting patients with scheduling, registration, and questions

Handle a high volume of calls while providing a calm, helpful, and professional experience

Coordinate appointments, share important updates, and guide patients through next steps

Collaborate closely with providers, clinical staff, and scheduling teams
-
Occasionally rotate to the front desk to support in-person patient interactions

Ensure every interaction reflects The Iowa Clinic Experience—compassionate, efficient, and supportive

End your day with the satisfaction of helping patients feel informed and cared for
Primarily based in West Des Moines, with occasional coverage in Ankeny
