Job Overview
We are seeking skilled, line cooks to execute beautifully crafted dishes in a fine dining environment. You'll work closely with the Executive Chef to mainatin the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation on every plate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
- Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient selection and dish presentation ideas.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety regulations.
- Support food preparation activities such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces regularly.
- Set up, maintain, and break down your station properly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of line cook experience in a full service restaurant.
- Proven background in food service or restaurant environments with strong kitchen experience.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Skilled in culinary practices such as knife skills, meal preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
