Hinz Motorsports is a growing e-commerce business specializing in high-performance brake components for Porsche, BMW, Audi, McLaren, Ferrari, and other European performance cars. We're hiring a full-time Customer Service & Sales Rep to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers reach by phone and email.
Pay: $50,000–$65,000/year depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Milwaukee, WI area (on-site)
What you'll do
- Answer customer phone calls and emails — order status, shipping, returns, and product questions
- Help customers find the right parts for their specific car using our fitment database
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims in Shopify
- Help us use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) to work faster and smarter
- Assist with website updates and new product listings
- Occasional paid travel to racetracks and motorsport events (like Road America) for trackside support
What we're looking for
- Genuine enthusiasm for cars - you know what a GT3 is without Googling it
- Strong written and phone communication skills
- Comfort learning new software quickly
- Interest in using AI tools to improve how a business runs
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
Nice to have (not required -we'll train the right person)
- Knowledge of European cars (Porsche, BMW, Audi) from ownership, wrenching, track days, or a parts/dealership job
- Experience with brakes, suspension, or performance parts
- Shopify, e-commerce, or basic web skills
- Parts counter, service advisor, or inside sales background
