Safari Cigars & Lounge is seeking a professional, dependable, and highly motivated Part-Time Sales & Retail Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This immediate opening is ideal for a candidate committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience within a premier fine cigar and spirits environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour + earned tips.
- Employment Type: Part-time, immediate start.
- Weekly Schedule:
- Sunday: 11:30 AM – 11:00 PM
- Monday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Execute daily opening and closing procedures with strict adherence to operational standards.
- Client Relations: Greet and consult with patrons to assist them in purchasing premium cigars and luxury spirits.
- Inventory Management: Maintain product presentation by cleaning, organizing, and restocking the walk-in humidor.
- Financial Accuracy: Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently and reconcile daily cash drawers.
- Hospitality: Foster an upscale, welcoming atmosphere to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and capability in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy.
- Prior industry knowledge of cigars is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided for candidates eager to learn.
