Oil & Gas company in Dallas seeking an attorney/landman to lead the company's land and legal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate agreements and legal documents
- Due diligence
- Handle all land and legal issues
- Title review
Qualifications:
- JD required
- 5~ years of relevant experience (ideally with an upstream operator or oil and gas firm)
- Prefer local DFW candidates
- No sponsorships available
Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
