What you'll do as a Community Outreach Associate:
- Engage directly with community members, selling products that directly fund our charitable campaigns while building genuine excitement around the cause.
- Craft compelling pitches that blend storytelling with product value to move people to act.
- Bring consistent energy and drive to every interaction, treating each sale as a step toward a bigger goal.
- Plan and run community outreach events that bring people together and turn one-time donors into repeat supporters.
- Partner with your team to dream up new fundraising angles and bring them to life.
- Keep close track of your numbers, celebrate every win, and keep pushing toward the next milestone.
- Nurture long-term donor relationships through honest communication, reliable follow-up, and real gratitude.
- Carry yourself as an ambassador for our mission — passionate, professional, and impossible to ignore.
