C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, remote Medical Claims Specialist in Jefferson City. Must reside in Missouri.
Salary/hours for Medical Claims Specialist: $18.50/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Responsibilities:

assisting providers and customers with concise interpretation and explanation of complex claims data

communicating knowledge of MO HealthNet policies, regulations and procedures

responding to phone, mail and email inquiries
must reside in Missouri-
at least 2 years' experience in one or more of the following (healthcare provider relations, healthcare patient relations, insurance claims processing, medical billing, medical diagnostic and procedure coding)

excellent communication and customer service skills

previous knowledge of MO HealthNet policies, regulations and procedures preferred
