We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our established legal team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This position is ideal for an attorney with strong experience in Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Transactional Law who enjoys handling cases from inception through resolution while providing exceptional client representation.

What You'll Do
- Handle Civil Litigation matters from filing through resolution.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
- Manage Bankruptcy cases and related legal proceedings.
- Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions, agreements, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct advanced legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Prepare discovery responses and trial documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate case files and legal documentation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
Required Qualifications✔ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school✔ Active Bar Admission in BOTH:
Required Experience
- 3+ years of Attorney experience preferred.
- Strong background in Civil Litigation.
- Experience handling Bankruptcy matters.
- Experience with Transactional Law and Contract Drafting.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Experience with Court Appearances, Depositions, and Discovery.
- Ability to independently manage multiple active cases.
