Part-Time Gymnastics & Youth Circus Coach
Arkansas Circus Arts is a growing circus and aerial arts studio looking for enthusiastic, energetic coaches to join our Youth Circus Program! If you love working with children and are passionate about movement, gymnastics, dance, or cheer, we’d love to meet you.
As a coach, you’ll primarily teach tumbling and gymnastics-based skills while receiving in-house training to become an aerial arts instructor. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and teach disciplines such as Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Trapeze, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), and more—we’ll provide the training! Depending on skills and experience, you’ll likely start out as an assistant coach and work your way up to a lead coach.
This is a part-time position.
Hours vary based on studio needs, your availability, and experience. Coaching hours may range from 1–10+ hours per week, with additional opportunities available as the program expands. Our busy class times for Youth are Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturdays 9am-4pm. Opportunities for extra hours include private lessons, subbing and parties on weekends.
