Our growing mental health practice is seeking Licensed Mental Health therapists (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW) to join our team. Pay is hourly DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. **SIGN ON BONUS AFTER EMPLOYED 3 MONTHS.**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing individual and/or family counseling to members
- Completing electronic documentation of sessions
- Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, treatment/discharge planning, and goal setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Completion of paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to operate independently and as part of our team.
- Clear understanding of Idaho state laws and liabilities regarding critical and ethical issues in counseling.
- Excellent ethical practices.
- Attend compensated monthly staffing/training.
