Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff
- Makes connections with local colleges and attends job fairs
- Manages employee retention programs
- Conducts new hire orientation
- Ensures compliance with federal regulations in regards to HR file maintenance
- Processes payroll
- Employee relations
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in a similar role in a healthcare environment highly preferred
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- A minimum of two years of human resource management within healthcare experience preferred
