We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Assist in framing, drywall installation, drywall Finishing, tile setting, painting, and trim carpentry using hand tools and power tools
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support construction projects
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinetry, and flooring with attention to detail
- Support concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and roofing activities as needed
- Prepare sites for construction or renovation by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, or organizing materials
- Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery or working at heights
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques such as framing, siding, or drywall installation
- Must have own tool belt and basic hand tools. i.e. hammer, cats paw, torpedo level, tape measure, calk line, utility knife.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is advantageous
- Experience with wood stud framing, tile laying, flooring installation. siding, window, door installations.
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
