Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, bilingual Working Supervisor to oversee daily operations at one of our Warehouse facilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't be sitting behind a desk—you'll be working alongside your team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, comfortable leading people, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations for assigned personnel.
- Work alongside team members and assist with janitorial and facility services as needed.
- Perform commercial pressure washing and oversee pressure washing operations.
- Cover pallet crew responsibilities when staffing requires.
- Ensure all scheduled work is completed on time and meets Skyward quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and proactively address quality concerns.
- Train, coach, and support team members in proper procedures and safety practices.
- Coordinate staffing needs and communicate operational updates to management.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
- Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with all Warehouse safety requirements and site procedures.
- Respond professionally to customer requests and resolve issues quickly.
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial cleaning, pressure washing, facilities maintenance, or similar field preferred.
- Comfortable operating commercial cleaning equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
