Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating equipment to produce advanced ceramic and metal materials, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the process. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate hot press machinery, ensuring proper temperature, pressure, and timing settings for each job.
- Monitor the pressing process.
- Conduct quality control inspections after pressing to detect defects and address issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for traceability.
- Load and unload graphite dies
- Follow safety protocols rigorously when handling high-temperature equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Focused on hands-on interaction with processes and equipment
- Assembly or other experience requiring manual dexterity and adherence to procedures
- Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, detail-oriented
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes
- Ability to listen to and communicate effectively with peers from operator to management levels
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Preferred industrial work experience
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
