THE ROLE
We are hiring a Service Booking Specialist — a full-time, salaried, in-person position based in Chandler, AZ. This is a phone-first, performance-based role for someone with a sales mindset and a genuine drive to fill the schedule.
This is not a passive customer service position. Every inbound call is an opportunity to book a job, upsell a membership, and build a customer relationship. You will also work our existing customer list proactively with outbound calls to clients who are due for service. You own the schedule. You own the outcome.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and convert them into booked service appointments
- Work the customer list daily with proactive outbound calls to clients due or overdue for service
- Enter complete, accurate job details into ServiceTitan on every booking — no exceptions
- Build and maintain the daily service schedule — keep technician time slots full
- Work directly with the Service Manager on dispatch coordination and route efficiency
- Prepare inspection reports accurately and maintain service agreement schedules
- Coordinate and schedule membership visits to keep recurring customers on track
- Introduce customers to service memberships and maintenance plans at the time of booking
- Enroll customers in recurring service programs and referral program on qualifying calls
- Process payments and handle pricing and service questions professionally
- Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A sales mindset is required for this role. We need someone who approaches every call as an opportunity to book and close — not just answer and answer questions.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, booking, dispatching, or a phone-first sales role
- Home services, HVAC, plumbing, medical scheduling, real estate, or insurance background preferred
- ServiceTitan or similar scheduling/CRM software experience is a plus — will train the right candidate
- Strong, confident phone presence — warm, clear, and focused on converting the call
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail — incomplete entries are not acceptable
- Self-motivated and comfortable with performance metrics and bonus-based compensation
- Must be able to work in-person in Chandler, AZ, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $60,000 per year
- Monthly KPI bonus: up to $750 per month based on 7 performance metrics
- Booking rate accelerator: up to $350 per month for exceeding booking rate targets
- Membership enrollment kicker: $15 to $25 per enrollment above monthly baseline
- Quarterly consistency bonus: $500 for three consecutive months of high performance
- Total peak compensation: $80,000+ per year — no cap, no ceiling

SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- In-person — Chandler, AZ (Cooper & Ray Rd)
- Rotating weekend on-call coverage for after-hours urgent calls
- Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage outside regular hours
WORK LOCATION
In person — Chandler, AZ (Cooper & Ray Rd). This role requires daily on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
