Position Overview
This is not a traditional CNC operator role. We intentionally seek candidates without prior CNC or machining experience so we can train them the right way from day one and build good habits from the start.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay busy on their feet all day, driving bolts, while producing quality parts. This role is hands on, physical, and detail driven. The work matters and so does how it is done.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills safely and efficiently
- Inspect and measure parts during production using calipers and gauges
- Deburr, sand, and clean finished parts
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards

Work Environment
- Fully air conditioned and heated shop, 74 degrees year round
- Exposure to sharp tooling and loud noises
- Team oriented shop focused on efficiency and quality

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Standing, bending, and twisting throughout the shift
- Repetitive movements
