Active RN license (Colorado or Compact) currently in hand

Current certifications: BLS and NIH Stroke Certification (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within 30 days of start)

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
