As a Licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll partner with families to strengthen children’s functional skills through coaching, support, and hands-on strategies embedded in everyday routines. This role focuses on empowering caregivers and promoting meaningful developmental progress in natural environments.
Provide caregiver coaching using a family-centered, routines-based approach
Perform formal and informal developmental evaluations
Deliver direct therapy services as appropriate
Assess equipment needs and guide caregivers in proper use
Complete session documentation and billing per state EI requirements
Maintain required direct service levels
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff and county partners
Complete 24 hours of required annual state EI training
Build strong, supportive relationships with families and community partners

Required:
Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License
Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants and toddlers
Strong organizational, follow-through, and communication skills
FBI, Criminal History, and Child Abuse Clearances (required at hire and maintained)
Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
3-year driving record check (required at hire and updated annually)
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Montgomery, Berks, and Chester Counties
Frequent verbal and written communication
Ability to use and interpret early intervention assessment tools
Frequent sitting, standing, and ability to maneuver equipment
Ability to observe, assess, and document child development
