Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our liquidation retail team specializing in furniture, appliances, and flooring. This position is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a welcoming showroom environment, and helping drive daily sales through strong product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
We offer an uncapped commissions system with 5% commission on EVERY sale that will be added to base salary at the end of every week
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Build customer relationships
- Assist customers in selecting furniture, appliances, and flooring products that fit their needs and budget
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, measurements, warranties, and financing options
- Maintain showroom appearance and organize merchandise displays
- Process sales transactions and assist with invoices and customer paperwork
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams when needed
- Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues promptly
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in furniture sales, appliance sales, or retail liquidation sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and create repeat customers
- Basic knowledge of appliances, furniture styles, and flooring products
- Ability to work weekends and flexible retail hours
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in sales, and has experience working with furniture and appliance products in a retail setting. However, we do offer on the job training as well.
Pay: From $8.00 per hour
