Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert pharmaceutical care, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of pharmacology, patient assessment, and hospital pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience, including managed care, critical care, and trauma center environments, to deliver exceptional patient service across diverse clinical settings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately while verifying dosage, interactions, and contraindications using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS).
- Provide clinical consultation to healthcare providers regarding medication selection, dosing, and therapeutic alternatives.
- Monitor patient responses to medication therapy, adjusting prescriptions as necessary in collaboration with medical staff.
- Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance by adhering to drug regulation standards and maintaining proper documentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Min 2 years of Pharmacist experience required.
- Pharmacist License required
- BLS required
