Position Summary
Accountable for the retention of business and growth of net revenue with existing accounts and the management and coordination of all customer service and high level service quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate and provide direction for customer service efforts from all departments involved with the assigned account(s) working with the managers and supervisors to ensure a consistent and high level of customer service is maintained.
· Create, implement and maintain standard operating procedures for each client.
· Billing BOLS to staff to process
· Serve as the primary contact for all communications with the assigned account(s).
· Prepare management reports that track adherence to standard operating procedures and review results with clients on a regular basis.
· Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication to ensure day to day and long-term needs are met
· Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service
· Work with management on successful opportunities to ensure accuracy in our pricing program
· Participate in rate matrix reviews to ensure profitability and competitiveness for key accounts
· Participate in rate calculations, report preparation and customer presentations for all large-spend bids
· Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams and executing operational tasks as needed
· Identify, manage and build new business relationship in the target market
· Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
· Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
· Consult with clients to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
· Manage email communication in a timely manner
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field of study preferred or an equivalent combination of work experience and education – Preferred
· YMS Knowledge (Deposco, Maestro)
· Port Knowledge, Preferred
· Expert with MS Office suite
· Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong leadership ability and customer service awareness.
· Must be effective at developing strong relationships and influencing others.
· Process oriented with good project management skills; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strongly motivated with sense of urgency
· Knowledge of industry trends, supply chain processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
· Deep experience in solving problems across the end-to-end supply chain.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
· Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, and customers.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
