Responsibilities:
- Bartenders must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests.
- Responsible for monies in the coin banks.
- Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests.
- Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar.
- Notifies barback when supplies are low.
- Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc. Performs related duties as required.
Compentencies:
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
