As a general laborer at Blue Diamond Steel Casting or a production worker at Huron Casting, you will be vital to the growth of our business. No experience is necessary, and good attendance is a must. We offer highly competitive wages and an attractive benefits package including quarterly bonuses. Openings are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in assembly line tasks, including assembling components and packaging finished products.
- Utilize hand and power tools as needed for various production tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of tools and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Learn and adapt to new processes and equipment as required
- Perform tasks as assigned
Job Information
- Starting pay $18.55 to $22.55 on 2nd & 3rd shift for first 90 days
- $16.85 to $20.85 on 1st shift for first 90 days
- $1.00 raise after 90 days
- Paid time off after 90 days
- Wage includes attendance incentive
