Home Time:Out 12 days, home for 48 hours (Every other week).
Assigned Equipment:No slip-seating. Take the truck home with you!
Modern Fleet:2022+ Freightliner, KW T680, or International (All Automatics).
Comfort:All trucks are equipped withAPUs.
Pets/Riders:One dog (under 30 lbs) OR one rider allowed fromDay One.
The Freight
Route:Primarily runningEast of I-35.
Type:100% No-Touch Dry Van.
Efficiency:60% Drop & Hook / 40% Live Load (Lumpers paid by us).
Mileage:Average 2,500 miles per week.
The Pay & Perks (W2 Employee)
Experience-Based Pay:$0.56 to $0.65 CPM.
Weekly Average:$1,200 $1,500 (Direct Deposit).
Monthly Bonuses:Up to an extra $0.08 CPM (Fuel, Safety, Performance).

Extra Pay:Paid Orientation (+ travel/hotel), Detention, Layover, and Extra Stops.

Just finished school? Get the mentorship you need with a guaranteed W2 paycheck.
Paid Training:Earn$650 per weekduring your 4 to 6 weeks mentorship.
The Goal:Transition into your own solo seat earning$0.56 CPM immediatelyafter training.
Requirements:Must have a Class A CDL and 120+ hours from an accredited school.
Qualifications
License:Valid Class A CDL & at least 21 years old.
Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience ,(Trainees/Grads exempt from this requirement).
Safety:Clean record (5 years) & no safety-related terminations.
Work History:Solid 10-year history (schooling/training gaps are okay).
Background:No DUI/DWI or Felonies in the last 10 years
