Valiants Automotive is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, disciplined, and detail-driven Automotive Technician who has a passion for performance vehicles, custom builds, and doing the job right.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to turn wrenches and move cars out the door. We want a technician who takes pride in their craft, respects the shop and the team, maintains a professional attitude, and holds themselves to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has a strong general understanding of automotive systems and is comfortable diagnosing, repairing, modifying, and upgrading vehicles. More importantly, you should have a genuine interest in performance automotive work and custom builds.
Experience with aftermarket performance parts is highly valued, including:
- Suspension and handling upgrades
- Performance braking systems
- Exhaust systems and headers
- Intake and fuel system upgrades
- Turbocharger and supercharger systems
- Cooling system upgrades
- Engine and drivetrain components
- Wheels, tires, fitment, and vehicle setup
- Aftermarket gauges, electronics, and accessories
- Custom fabrication, modification, and vehicle assembly
- Performance-oriented maintenance and troubleshooting

Our builds represent our shop, and we expect our technicians to treat every customer's vehicle with care.
That means paying attention to proper fitment, routing, hardware, torque specifications, cleanliness, wiring, hose routing, fasteners, organization, presentation, and final quality control.
We want technicians who don't just ask, "Does it work?" but also, "Was it done correctly, cleanly, safely, and professionally?"
