What You'll Do
- Lead a professional landscape construction crew.
- Build premium hardscape and landscape projects with exceptional craftsmanship.
- Read blueprints, establish grades, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Operate modern equipment including CAT Track Loaders, Cat Excavators, mini skid's & all the attachments that go along with it.
- Train and develop crew members.
- Manage a crew of 2-3 people.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Lead a snow removal route during the winter season.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of landscape construction leadership experience.
- Experience with pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, flagstone etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and grading plans.
- Proficient with heavy equipment operation.
- Positive attitude, strong leadership, and a team-first mentality.
- Able to report daily logs through iPad.

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
