We are growing fast and need a high-volume Retail Recruiting Coordinator who can keep our stores fully staffed, move fast, and deliver an amazing candidate experience. This is the engine that powers our retail sales teams ? and we?re hiring NOW.

? What You?ll Do
Manage job postings & candidate flow across all markets
Review applicants daily and move them through our ATS
Schedule phone, Zoom, and in-store interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store leaders
Communicate with candidates within 24 hours
Keep ATS stages clean, organized, and up-to-date
Draft offer letters & send new hire onboarding packets
Process I-9s, background checks, and drug screens
Maintain weekly recruiting dashboards
Support job fairs, virtual hiring events, and pipeline campaigns
Help build a fast, friendly, ?Sunset-style? candidate experience
Partner with COO and Training Team to staff stores quickly and reliably
This role is about speed, communication, structure, and follow-through.
You keep the pipeline full, the interviews moving, and the hires coming.
?? What You Need
2?3 years of high-volume recruiting (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
Experience with ATS systems (any platform OK)
HRIS experience ? Paychex Flex is a plus
Strong communicator (email, phone, text)
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Loves people, hates waiting, and moves FAST
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Can manage dozens of candidates at once without dropping the ball

High School diploma or GED required
HR certification is a plus but not required
