We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a lively, casual Italian restaurant. You'll bring at least 3–5 years of restaurant management experience — ideally in a full-service, high-volume environment — and a passion for great food and genuine hospitality.
In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage and motivate front-house staff, maintain food and service quality standards, and help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests keep coming back for. You know how to run a smooth shift, handle the unexpected with a cool head, and build a team that actually enjoys showing up.
