The Opportunity
We are currently seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to come provide the best care possible for our residents.
What You Will Do
Deliver direct care, rotate as Charge Nurse supervising, certified nurse aides and certified medication aides.
Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Support activities of daily living
Maintain clear, timely documentation
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
Other duties as assigned
