We generally work 5 days a week, 40 hours a week (no overtime). Staff are paid by monthly salary. Room and board is included. Staff housing is cabin-style. With our isolation, there is no TV and cell phone service is limited (depending on your provider). However, Durango is a dynamic college town, and many of our staff occasionally head into town to enjoy rafting, camping, internet cafes, and the ambiance of Durango.
Enjoy fishing, hiking and the beauty of the Colorado mountains on your days off and get to spend summer in the great outdoors! This is a job and a place that you will remember well for years to come.
